Bo-Bo Kumite
Using the moves from the Fundamentals, these are done with a partner.  When going forward you are always attacking, when going backwards you are always defending.

The attacker and defender stay constant for the whole sequence.  Both must reset to kime after each sequence.

Attacker MUST announce BEFORE the start of each attack.

Sandan Kumite (4 moves)
These can be seen in full detail on the OIKA - DVD 1 - Bo 16:02 - 17:45

Using the moves from the Fundamentals, these are done with partner, each gets a number 1 or 2.
When going forward you are always attacking, when going backwards you are always defending.

Thus attacker and defender changes, so the first 2 will be:
1 starts going forward attacking (1 - forward)
2 starts going backward defending (2 - backward)

Now it changes :
    2 goes forward attacking (2 - forward)
    1 goes backward defending (1 - backward)

Attacker MUST announce BEFORE the start of each attack (going forward).
  1. 1 - forward,  Punch
    2 - backward, Circle block

  2. 2 - forward,  Thrust
    1 - backward, Tai-sabaki block

  3. 1 - forward,  Leg strike
    2 - backward, Leg block

  4. 2 - forward,  Middle strike
1 - backward, Quick vertical block

  5. 1 - forward,  Head strike
    2 - backward, Head block

  6. 2 - forward,  Power leg strike
    1 - backward, Leg block

  7. 1 - forward,  Groin strike
    2 - backward, Up/down block

  8. 2 - forward,  Middle strike
1 - backward, Power vertical block

  9. 1 - forward,  Top head strike
    2 - backward, Down/up block

  10. 2 - forward,  Power head strike
    1 - backward, Head block

  11. 1 - forward,  Hand strike
    2 - backward, Circle block

Now swap roles so each person gets to be 1.

To practice this on your own do all the 1 moves, then do all the 2 moves.
