Start kata with both sai in left hand, hands on the side, bow.
Ps, all the stabs are perpendicular to the ground.

01. Bring sai to the middle of the body, grab a sai with your right hand, go into horse riding stance, block sai to the sides of legs.

02. Left foot forward, left head block.

03. Right leg forward, right punch, right foot cat stance, open cover down, right leg forward, right stab, cover down.

04. Left leg forward, left punch, left foot cat stance, open cover down, left leg forward, left stab, cover down.

05. Right leg forward, right punch, right foot cat stance, open cover down, right leg forward, right stab, cover down.

06. Double punch - Left hand, right hand.
