    1. Formal Bow
        (north)

    2. Left foot forward into crane stance, punch.
    3. Right foot forward into horse stance, punch.
    4. Left foot forward into crane stance, punch.

    5. Right foot back into horse stance, circle block.

       (north-east)
    6. Step right foot to right into short forward stance, 45 degrees, left head strike.

    7. Prepare bo on right hip, turn and look left...
    
        (north-west)
        step right foot right 45 degrees into short forward stance, right head strike.

    (west)
    8. Change hands, right hand over bo, left hand under bo,
    step left foot forward into short forward stance, left quick vertical block.
    9. Swing bo over top head strike (bo is on right side),
    groin/head strike (horizontal bo),
    right head strike,
    left head strike.

    10. Left foot forward into horse stance, punch,
    little shuffle back in horse stance, circle block.

    (east)
    11. Change hands, left hand over bo, right hand under bo,
    look right behind you, swivel 180 degrees to right foot forward, right quick vertical block.
    12. Swing over top head strike (bo is on left side),
    groin/head strike (horizontal bo),
    left head strike,
    right head strike.

    13. Right foot forward into horse stance, punch,
    little shuffle back in horse stance, circle block.

    (north)
    14. Look left 90 degrees,
    slide right foot to left (to center line), left head deflection, curl right hand anti-clockwise to twist bo,
    step right foot forward,  upper hand strike, twist right hand clockwise,
    slide right foot foot back feet together, prepare for trust.
    15. Step right foot forward into forward stance, thrust,
    prepare for trust.
    16. Step left foot forward into crane stance, thrust,
    prepare for trust.
    17. Step right foot forward into forward stance, thrust.

    18. Step right foot across to left...

    (south)
    swivel 180 degrees, to left,  lower bo to right hip,
    slide left foot back into cat stance, prepare bo on right shoulder, hand curled over.
    19. Step right foot forward into forward stance, right middle strike KIAI.

    (north)
    20. Swivel 180 degrees to left on right foot, left foot back, drop into crouch, right knee strike
    From crouch, bo comes around, left head strike (Bo parallel to ground).
    21. Stand up, right arch block right foot is forward ,
    swing over top head strike (bo is on left side),
    groin/head strike (horizontal bo),
    left middle strike,
    right middle strike.

    22. Right foot forward into horse stance, punch,
    slide right foot back to feet together, circle block.

    23. Step right foot back into forward stance, right head block,
    flip bo over, head strike.
    24. Left hand clasps bo near right elbow,
    step right foot forward into forward stance, swinging circle strike.

    25. Slide right foot back, aligned 45 degrees facing north-west, up block.
    26. Step right foot back to be square to north into horse stance, left head strike.
    27. Clockwise circle block...

    (east)
    left head strike to the right, don't move feet.

    (north)
    28. Power right head strike, to the front.
    29. Anti-clockwise circle block...

    (west)
    right head strike to the left, don't move feet.

    (south)
    30. Step  left foot forward across 90 degree to the left, swivel 90 degrees to left, right side head strike.

    (north)
    31. Turn right 180 degrees , left foot forward, power left side head strike.
    32. Step right foot forward, right head strike,
    left head strike, right head strike.
   
    33. Step back and bow.
